Appearance:  The lower white portion is sliced or pounded and used in cooking while the grass has stiff stem and slender green leaves


Characteristics:  Lemongrass has a subtle lemon-floral flavor that is the key to  balancing complex flavors in Asian cuisine

Storage temperature:  ​18-24°C

Harvest time:  4-5 months from cultivation date
